Development Register

The regional panels development register includes all development applications and applications for a modification of development consent which are registered by councils for determination by the relevant regional panel. This register is only a summary of the application, its status and, if determined, the regional panel's decision.

For additional information or to obtain a copy of the development register, required under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 to be made publicly available, please contact the relevant local council offices.

Planning Proposals

A separate register is maintained for matters where a regional panel has been appointed as the Relevant Planning Authority or where a regional panel has been requested to provide advice to the Minister.
